The terms for using the MAAYLZY platform.

MAAYLZY provides a rendering engine that applies a retailer's catalog onto a shopper in real time, recommends a size, and suggests complementary pieces - online and, where deployed, on an in-store smart mirror. Features available to you depend on the plan you sign up for.

When you sign up, we send login details to the email you provide. You are responsible for keeping those credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.

To operate your try-on, you give MAAYLZY the right to use your product catalog - images, sizes and stock data - for the purpose of rendering items and building complete-the-look suggestions for your shoppers. You confirm you hold the rights needed to use your product images and data this way. Your catalog remains yours.

A try-on relies on a shopper's photo or camera frame. Where you embed MAAYLZY, you are responsible for offering the try-on to an appropriate audience and for the notices and consents your market requires before a shopper provides an image. MAAYLZY deletes shopper photos after the session, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse the service - including attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer it, using it to process images without a proper basis, or using it in a way that infringes the rights of others or breaks the law. We may suspend access where use puts shoppers, other retailers or the platform at risk.

Our handling of shopper photos, body data, catalog data and analytics is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where we process shopper data on your behalf as part of running your try-on, we do so to deliver the service you have configured.

Pricing is scoped to your catalog size, try-on volume and whether you deploy online, in-store or both, and is confirmed with you before your deployment goes live. Fees for the agreed scope are payable as set out in your plan.

We work to keep the service available and to improve it over time, which means features may change as the platform develops. We are candid about which garment categories are production-ready and which are still improving, and we do not guarantee that every category renders or sizes identically.

Size recommendations and renders are guidance to help a shopper decide, not a guarantee of fit. To the extent permitted by law, MAAYLZY is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, and our responsibility is limited to providing the platform as described.

You may stop using the service in line with your plan. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, or where required to protect shoppers, retailers or the platform. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

MAAYLZY is operated by Maaylzy Private Limited, a company registered in India. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
